IDRA has been supporting families and the Lubbock NAACP in Lubbock, Texas, since at least 2023 regarding persistent harassment and bullying against Black students in two districts. We helped some of the families file OCR complaints, which are now stuck due to the cuts at the U.S. Department of Education.
